Room Bookings
Wesley has an extensive suite of rooms, and most of these are available for lettings. To arrange a booking for one of the rooms, please e-mail the Church Administrator or call 01702 711851.
We are very busy with many activities seven days a week and there are some times when no rooms are available at all - this is usually on weekday evenings, Saturday mornings and afternoons in term time. The most popular rooms, which are heavily used especially in the evenings, are Wesley Hall, Youth Hall and Room 3. However, at other times there are often rooms available.
We are accessible throughout the premises except for the upstairs stage (and parts of the church sanctuary). There is a lift from the ground to the first floor and an accessible toilet on the ground floor.
Details and pictures of the rooms are given below. The prices quoted are guide prices, which can be reduced by agreement for regular bookings or for periods of more than two hours. We ask for an additional deposit for children's parties, returnable when the rooms are left clean and tidy. We do not take bookings for parties for children over the age of 7 or for adult parties, and we will normally only accept bookings on Sundays and in Holy Week (the week before Easter Day) if they are for a specific Christian purpose.
You are welcome to come in and have a look at the rooms on a weekday morning, but please note that during school terms you will not be able to see the Youth Hall or Room 2 as these are in use by Wesley Pre-School.
Downstairs:
There are full toilet facilities in the Concourse, including an accessible
toilet with baby changing, and additional toilets in the Youth Hall.

All our pianos are in good condition and are tuned regularly twice a year.
In case you are wondering what happened to Room 1, it disappeared in 2003 when we completed the first stage of our building redevelopment!
